“Alex” is part of a series entitled “The Sisters I Never Had”.
Alex is a disciplined go-getter who has aspirations of moving up in the corporate world and shattering the glass ceiling. She gets up at 5:30 a.m. every day to hit the gym before starting work at a large national corporation. For now, her position is Assistant Director of Marketing, but she has set her sights on becoming President of the company. In the evenings, she takes classes towards earning an MBA and prides herself on having a 4.0 GPA. She doesn’t socialize much, as she feels that would take away from the time she could spend working or studying.
